Searcy District Judge Phil Shoffner recently added the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program in his court
sentencing procedures.

The  Domestic Abuse Intervention Program uses the Duluth Model: Education Groups for Men Who Batter which is based on eight themes.

The  Domestic Abuse Intervention Program is under the direction of Ronnie and Patti Goff who have been certified to teach the program.Mr. Golf has a Bachelor's degree Social Psychology and is currently completing the Master's degree program at UCA in Counseling Psychology.
Mrs. Goff has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration.
