In response to customer demand, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service now
    has a special order arrangement for purchase of the new U.S. Army Retired Flag.

        Customers who want to order a flag should see a Customer Service sales Associate
    at the nearest AAFES exchange. They will then fill out a special order request.
    The flags cost $43, plus shipping and handling.

        The Army's Institute of Heraldry designed the new flag. It is green with a yellow
    border and has the Army seal in the center. The words "Still Serving" appear above
    the decal, while the words "United States Army Retired" appear below.
