AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED: AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE SETTING 
THE TAX LEVY FOR VARIOUS SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND CITIES, LOCATED IN WHITE COUNTY, 
ARKANSAS, AS WELL AS SETTING THE TAX LEVY FOR WHITE COUNTY GOVERNMENT AND FOR
