Be it enacted by the Quorum Court of the County of White, State of Arkansas;

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF COMPUTER OPERATOR
WITHIN THE OFFICE OF THE WHITE COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR.

Section 1. This ordinance establishes the position of Computer Operator within the office of the White County Tax Assessor.

Section 2. All parts of this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from

and after January 1, 1980.

Section 3. Ordinance No. 70 of 1979 is repealed.
